I just became an RN last year and have been working in a 25 bed critical access hospital. I want to move to the "big city" and would like to find out more about living and working in Houston.
I know where La Porte is, my parents live in Baytown. Did you work in any of the area hospitals? I remember San Jacinto Methodist Hospital is in Baytown but I am not interested in the refinery scene.
Did you ever go through the Baytown/La Porte tunnel that went under the ship channel. I don't think it's there anymore but I was fascinated by it as a kid.
