Will per diem nursing be more or less prevalent in the future?
Sorry for all these "future of nursing" questions, I'm trying to figure out whether to give up travel nursing.

It's hard to say, but it's certainly not going anywhere and will always be a big part of nurse staffing in large metropolitan areas.

They will always need us per diem in this country. It is a way for the business machine to cut costs. Unfortunately, it means a lower quality of care too (in my humble opinion, of course)
