I wouldn't be surprised if they do make more...they do everywhere else! Isn't this the 21st century already?

Male RNs usually start off at a higher rate than female RNs, unless of course, the female is also a minority. Men are considered minorities in nursing and they are paid more. Yes, it's unfair, but that's the way it goes. grrrrr

Well, that stinks. I believe my dear State Rep friend will be hearing about that as well!
