Oh how I detest nursing CEUs! But does anyone know where to get FREE ones? I've heard it's possible, but can't believe they'd just give them away! My hospital does try to present lots of different stuff throughout the year, but I'd rather do my own stuff that I find interesting.
I'd be interested in that information as well. I never like the CEU catalogue that our hospital offers every year.
I've seen agencies that offer CEU credits to nurses that work for them that they can use on online sites, but can't otherwise vouch for them.
