I am a new RN in Northern California. Anyone know which hospitals will hire new RN's in the bay area? I have tried every hospital and they all tell me I need a year experience, but how do I get a year experience? Any thoughts?
I think more rural areas have a tougher time hiring nurses. Have you tried looking at facilities in smaller towns outside of the Bay Area ?
What about long term care?
